Wings 4 Women
A Place of Hope and Healing

An Idea is Born
Welcome... my name is Denise... I work in the field of energy psychology as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) Practitioner, I am  a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Deep State Re-patterning therapist, Reiki Master /Teacher, A Doreen Virtue trained Angel Intuitive, and a women's healing and spiritual development circle facilitator with women's groups once a month . I have a Diploma in massage and cert. in Horticulture. I am also a natural born psychic medium and have read for people across the globe. I have been featured on ABC radio Newcastle and the Central Coast on the topics of domestic violence and bullying and on radio MaxFM in the Mid North Coast for energy healing. I have spoken at women's groups and at Toastmasters and am  an internationally  published writer with Sibella Publications (a women's spiritual online magazine). I have also co-authored the book "If I'm Crazy I am in Good Company" by I R Plummer with my own chapter inside... and the founder of Wings 4 Women - A Place of Hope and Healing. For as long as I can remember I have had a passion to help and support women through life's journey. I guess you could say it is my life's purpose - and over the years I have helped many women in many different ways.

The idea for Wings 4 Women came to me late in 2016. I had spent the last 2 years re-building my life, not once - but twice and I was ready to build a new business of passion and purpose as well. It was late one night in those twilight moments before sleep when the concept hit me and 5 pages of downloaded writing followed. However, it has still taken a few months for some of the pieces to fall into place and for me to overcome my own procrastination, the "Not Good Enough s" and the "What Ifs"  all of those monkey mind chatters that want us to stay safe and in our comfort zones - no matter how uncomfortable our comfort zones may be! But here I am putting my heart on my sleeve and ready to nurture, support and add value to all of the beautiful women in the world.

SO WHY ME - and a little of my own story.
I am a mum of two beautiful grown up daughters and a grandma at 46 to my beautiful baby grandson. I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a lover and a friend to many. But I  am also a survivor, a survivor of 7 years of the hell of domestic violence and in 2014 I lost the lot. My family, my home, my job, my social network, my sanity and my little dog was killed... I was diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and anxiety...and I faced homelessness with no-where to go... but I was alive!

A friend took me in and finally had a safe place to live, but less than 12 months later the April super-storm of 2015 hit and hit hard in the little town of Dungog NSW Australia which I now called home. I thought I was going to die that day. Waist deep in water in the house, water still rising and no where to go but up. I lost every material possession that I had left that day.... All that I owned was stored in a 3 by 3 garden shed, everything including the shed was gone. My car was found 3 days later still up to its roof in water in a creek bed over half a kilometre away. I remember yelling at god that day saying what else do you want to take away from me... I was angry, scared and again facing homelessness.
I believe it is my spiritual beliefs and training in many different modalities that has helped me to hang on, but just like everyone else i still have my bad days and this is what Wings 4 Women is all about.

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit owning everything from a T-shirt printing company in my teens, to a bistro (which I hated), a crystal and psychic healing business to a funeral business for 5 years with my now ex husband. I have worked with the elderly, scrubbed toilets and have worked casually in the horticultural industry on and off for the last ten years as well as raising my beautiful daughters, but my passion has always been in the personal development field.

My life has taken many twists and turns from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. I have lived in California for a few months, partying in Hollywood, meeting stars and spiritual teachers - too fire walking with Tony Robbins at UPW (Unleash The Power Within) I have crewed at The National Achievers Congress and for T Harv Eker, living my gifts and passions... The lowest of lows - illness, a suicide attempt in 2012, a work place spinal injury 2010, car accident, abuse, natural disasters, a miscarriage and the death of loved ones... Life has definitely been my training and my teacher.

Now I have so many tools in the toolkit of life on how to cope and resilience that it is time to share what I have learnt with you all and hope that it may help you get through one more day at a time....
So here's to continuing on this journey called life - may we all find that sense of peace, harmony, love and happiness...
Love, Light and Angel Blessings Denise.
